NPK Store & JSenden BV care about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need to (improve) our services and we are careful with the information that we have collected about you and your use of our services. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.

This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services of NPK Store & JSenden BV that are derived from it. The effective date for the validity of these conditions is 22/01/2021, with the publication of a new version, the validity of all previous versions expires. Webshop software

Lightspeed

Our web store is developed with software from Lightspeed. Personal data that you provide to us for our services are shared with this party. Lightspeed has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for another purpose. Lightspeed is, based on the agreement we have with them, obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Lightspeed uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored. Lightspeed reserves the right to share collected data within its own group in order to further improve its services.

Web hosting

Versio

We purchase web hosting and email services from Versio.nl. Versio.nl processes personal data

on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Versio.nl has appropriate technical and organizational measures in place to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Versio.nl is bound by contract to secrecy.

 

Payment processors

Shopify Payments

To handle (part of) the payments in our web store, we use the payment service provider Lightspeed. Lightspeed processes your name, address and place of residence details and your payment information, such as your bank account or credit card number. Lightspeed has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Lightspeed reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, as part of this, to share (anonymized) data with third parties. Lightspeed shares personal data and order data with post-payment service providers in case of a request for a deferred payment (credit facility). All of the above safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Lightspeed 's services for which it engages third parties. Lightspeed does not keep your data longer than permitted by law.

 

Reviews

WebwinkelKeur

We collect reviews through the platform of WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review through WebwinkelKeur you are required to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on their own website. In some cases WebwinkelKeur may contact you to explain your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. They use this information only for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Shipping and logistics

BPost, DPD & PostNL

If you place an order with us, it is our job to deliver your package to you. We use the services of DPD, Bpost & PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with DPD, Bpost & PostNL. DPD, Bpost & PostNL only uses this information for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that DPD, Bpost & PostNL engages subcontractors, DPD, Bpost & PostNL will also provide your data to these parties.

Retention periods

We will retain your data for as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we will keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services.
